We are similar to that of a concierge for your listing, we cover everything from guest reservations and communications to co-ordinating cleaning and maintenance to pricing adjustments and listing accuracy.

What we don’t cover as a Co-Host

We are not responsible for re-stocking of supplies, photography, income/expense statements for investors or property owners or anything to do with the physical presence of being at the property. We work remotely on your behalf to provide outstanding customer service for your guests.

We charge a flat rate of 8% of the net income per booking minus the cleaning fee.

We cover things like initial consultation, property analytics, listing creation, pricing, outsourcing photography, cleaning and maintenance teams, reservations, guest communications, re-stocking of the essentials, review responses, financial reports, Airbnb SEO, branding and marketing and more.
