Many of our clients ask us about the staging and design process of their new investment property. We provide this service to get your investment property setup to be ready for short-term rental guests. The Airbnb staging and design service is a separate service we offer our clients and is not part of our Airbnb Management Services. We offer this service to anyone looking to have their Airbnb setup and designed for success.

  Design

Our design process begins with a thorough understanding of your property and your target audience. We conduct an on-site assessment to grasp the unique features and potential of your space. This initial phase helps us develop a tailored design concept that aligns with your property’s character and market demands.

  Staging

Once the items arrive, our staging team kicks into action. With precision and creativity, we strategically place furniture, accentuate key features, and add those thoughtful touches that make your property stand out.   Pricing

Our rates vary depending on the scope of the project, time and materials. Generally, after we walk through your property we have a better idea of what the associated costs would be. We then write up a contract and invoice to present to you. A typical project can cost between $3,000 and $6,000; however, that can change depending on the property.

Airbnb Setup FAQs

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. We require a 50% deposit to get started. The deposit is also non-refundable due to the nature of the service, funds will be used immediately to get things started.

What are the steps to the setup process?

First, you must be a current client or looking to utilize our Airbnb Management Service. We do not offer this service to independent hosts.

We meet with you at your property to discuss your budget and then photograph, document and measure the space. Once this is done, we will get back to you with a quote for the service.

The estimated costs will include the items required to stage and design the Airbnb, our time to pre-design and prepare, any time/logistics for things like everyday essential items that can be sourced locally (if applicable) and the physical staging and design.

The setup process can take time because there are factors outside of our control like, shipping times and any other services needed to finish the setup of the Airbnb like internet installations and additional renovations/maintenance if applicable.

Where do you source your products for Airbnb Setup?

Typically, we utilize online marketplaces such as Amazon, IKEA, Wayfair and Facebook Marketplace to search for the right product that aligns with the requirements for a successful Airbnb.  The client’s budget will ultimately decide on the quality of products selected for the space.
