If you’re a current primary host of an Airbnb listing, we offer our services to you. Co-Hosting on Airbnb focuses on guest communications and bookings. Our Airbnb Co-Hosting Services are different from our Airbnb Management Services.

In addition to that, we can also help maximize your listings potential with a listing optimization and advise on anything you can’t figure out such as the complexity of Airbnb pricing.

  Criteria

As we would love to help everyone succeed in their Airbnb hosting journey, we do ask that you meet the following criteria to be eligible for our co-hosting services.

  1. An overall rating of at least 4.2.
  2. Response rate of at least 90%
  3. Cancellation rate of 0%
  4. Host for at least 6 months.
  Pricing

We require a fixed percentage of 8% of each booking’s net income. We require the use of Airbnb’s split payout funnelling for our co-hosting services.

What does this service cover?

What we cover as a Co-Host

We are similar to that of a concierge for your listing, we cover everything from guest reservations and communications to co-ordinating cleaning and maintenance to pricing adjustments and listing accuracy.

What we don’t cover as a Co-Host

We are not responsible for re-stocking of supplies, photography, income/expense statements for investors or property owners or anything to do with the physical presence of being at the property. We work remotely on your behalf to provide outstanding customer service for your guests.

What do you charge for Co-Hosting services?

We charge a flat rate of 8% of the net income per booking minus the cleaning fee.

Are you a property management company?

No. We specialize in Airbnb Management and Co-Hosting services, prioritizing the various aspects of the Airbnb platform to ensure hosts and property owners achieve success and optimization. Our primary focus is on Hospitality Management. However, we also offer typical property management tasks as needed, which can be tailored to individual situations and discussed during our consultation.

What is the difference between Airbnb Co-Hosting and Airbnb Management?

Airbnb Co-Hosting is more like a concierge service where we handle the reservations, guest communications, listing accuracy, review responses as well as co-ordination and communications for the cleaning and maintenance teams.

Airbnb Management is everything that is required to make the property successful and operational on the Airbnb platform. We cover things like initial consultation, property analytics, listing creation, pricing, outsourcing photography, cleaning and maintenance teams, reservations, guest communications, re-stocking of the essentials, review responses, financial reports, Airbnb SEO, branding and marketing and more.
