Are you currently an Airbnb Superhost?
After a 5 consecutive year run, our Superhost status expired in April of 2024 since we recently moved back to Canada. We did not meet the criteria for renewal because we managed properties in the Mexican Caribbean under a co-host title instead of our usual primary host title. Our management policies require the property owner to be the listing owner.
Not to worry, we will still maintain the same standards we have always stood by and will quickly regain the Superhost status within a few months.
Why do you only accept management deals in Ottawa, Ontario?
We recently relocated to Ottawa, Ontario and will be accepting management deals there to get a fresh start with Airbnb Management in Eastern, Ontario. We believe that in order to effectively manage an Airbnb, we need to be present in the area to cover all the bases for it to be successful.
Do you co-host for other Airbnb hosts?
Yes. We are accepting co-hosting requests from Airbnb hosts who meet our criteria. We are happy to co-host for listings in Canada, United States and Mexico. Please see our Airbnb Co-Hosting page to learn more.
What is the different between Airbnb Co-Hosting and Airbnb Management?
Airbnb Co-Hosting is more like a concierge service where we handle the reservations, guest communications, listing accuracy, review responses, co-ordination and communications for the cleaning and maintenence teams and we can even monitor and adjust pricing on the listing.
Airbnb Management is everything that is required to make the property successful and operational on the Airbnb platform. We cover things like initial consultation, property analytics, listing creation, photography, pricing, cleaning and maintenance teams, reservations, guest communications, re-stocking of the essentials, review responses, financial reports, Airbnb SEO, branding and marketing and more.
